If you wish to pick up your order in person at my home in Spencerville, Ontario, please contact me for address and time.

Shipping is by Canada Post to destinations in Canada and the United States with a five business day handling time between order and shipping. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. If a painting is too large to send by Canada Post, I will send via courier by Fed Ex, Purolator or UPS. I will send tracking information. A flat shipping rate of $100 applies to larger pieces that need to go out by courier service.

I want you to be happy with your Studio Julie Mercier artwork.

If the artwork or product is damaged in any way during shipping, please contact me right away (and send along several well lit photos so that I can file an insurance claim). You may choose a new piece or I can issue you a refund (less shipping charges).

If you are simply unhappy with your painting, you may return it within 7 business days. Please take a photo of it in good lighting before you ship it back. You must re-package the painting in the same way it was shipped to you. I will email you my mailing address to return the painting. Return shipping fees, like all shipping charges, are the customer’s responsibility. Once I have the painting in perfect condition, I will proceed with a refund (less shipping charges) or help you with choosing a new piece to your liking.
